Our ShaPix Surface Detective is a rugged measurement system. We use patented multi-wavelength digital holography technology to provide a fast, highly accurate, complete, and high-resolution 3D image of measured surfaces. Features like flatness, planarity, waviness, edges and hole location and size, and edges are inspected quickly and precisely. Our process control capability is outperforming traditional contact-based metrology systems.
Our 3DX vision inspection system examines multiple aspects of semiconductor components at very high speeds, as many as 50,000 parts per hour. We use patented technology, expanding the I-Cite 2D vision platform to provide 3D measurements as well as 2D quality inspections on a single computer. This reduces the overall cost of our customer’s semiconductor handling systems. We have thousands of installations worldwide where we are producing results with flexible, affordable, and scalable high-definition vision systems for our customers.
